I showed up, unannounced, with a soft tire. They inspected it to determine that it had a screw in the sidewall which could not be plugged. They mounted my spare, ordered a new tire, and sent me on my way. Later that same day, they called to say that my new tire was mounted and balanced, and I could come to have it installed. I was impressed and very pleased that, as busy as they were, they took care of me. I WILL go back!

Recently had a 3.5 inch RC lift installed and new tires. Mechanics are like doctors, not all are created equal, in todays world it is very difficult to find a shop you can trust. My truck turned out amazing and drives incredible. Thomas in the service department worked with me for months of the decision making process and over communicated through the process. The place is top notch.
