  I showed up, unannounced, with a soft tire. They inspected it to determine that it had a screw in the sidewall which could not be plugged. They mounted my spare, ordered a new tire, and sent me on my way. Later that same day, they called to say that my new tire was mounted and balanced, and I could come to have it installed. I was impressed and very pleased that, as busy as they were, they took care of me. I WILL go back!
